To insure proper installation of the building your cooperation with the following is required:

       - The site must be accessible to a flatbed trailer.

       - The site must be reasonably level.

       - Please have someone home the day of the installation to show the installers where the building is to be located.

      - Electricity on site must be accessible. Generator rental is available at extra cost.

       - A two foot access all around the building is required for assembly. If you purchase an 8x10’ shed for instance, the site needs to be 12x14’.

       - All buildings are unstained/unpainted. We recommend that the building be finished with a good quality paint or stain preservative.

       - The Purchaser shall be responsible for the location of the building and there shall be no liability on the part of the installers for the incorrect location thereof, whether on the Purchaser’s property or that of a third party.

      - A building permit where applicable is the responsibility of the Purchaser.
